Lucky Rose Ranch Miniatures- Rosie Curtis

We are pleased to announce our first arrival for 2009 and it's a filly!
Lucky Rose Ranch Heart of Gold- born on March 22nd. Goldie, as we call her, is a gold palomino pinto filly, four tall white socks, and a nice even splash of color over her back (we couldn't have painted her more evenly!) This is our first, long awaited offspring out of our homozygous pinto stallion Royal Oaks Mystical Heart Throb. Her Dam is Flaby's Touch of Honey, a 29 inch palomino mare that we also purchased from Royal Oaks Farm in Florida. Honey had no problem pushing that tiny filly out, three contractions, and out she flew. We couldn't get down to the barn fast enough....now that's the way to have a foal! Goldie was about 17 inches at birth, and is extremely refined and long legged. She has her Dam's gorgeous Araby head, we are really tickled with this little filly! She will be out in the show ring this summer.
